Past couple of days


So Tuesday I was able to squeeze in 2.03 miles into my hectic schedule for that day. I also did my ab work, which is the P90x ab ripper DVD and 50 squats. Here is my yummy breakfast (somehow the kale didn't make it in the pic, but it was definitely in the smoothie)

                              

Half cup OJ/ 1 scoop of flax seed/ 1scoop whey protein/ 2tbs yogurt/ 1 cup berries/ Handful of kale (ENJOY :D)

 Yesterday was my relax day so I did a whole bunch of nothing as far as exercise goes. For the next couple days I will not be able to run so I will be doing some P90x videos to get some cardio.

Pee BEFORE you run (LOL)...



Today I ran only 3.04 miles, it was probably not a good idea to go running while having to use the bathroom. I had to pee so darn bad it was hard to focus. I did get some good ab work in though. I went so hard that I got a cramp in my abs (painful!). After every run I'm always starving so I had a yummy salad with the bbq grilled chicken.

Baby Steps!

Today I made it a step closer to my current goal: Ran 3.33 miles on the treadmill (due to the heat advisory).
